This is what ***förtroendetid*** means and it is not flexitime as there is another Swedish term for that in the text (flex)

Lärares arbetstid är dels reglerad, dels oreglerad. De avtalsslutande parterna har alltså kommit överens om att lärare har förtroendet att själva förfoga över en del av arbetstiden.

Du ska själv göra en professionell bedömning av vad denna tid ska användas till och hur den ska förläggas i tid och rum. Arbetsgivaren har rätt att förvänta sig att tiden faktiskt används och att den används på bästa sätt för verksamhetens måluppfyllelse.

Explanation:
Teachers' working hours are partially regulated and partially unregulated.
Although statutory working hours and teaching hours only partly determine teachers’ actual workload, they do give valuable insight into the demands placed on teachers in different countries.
The proportion of working time spent teaching provides information on the amount of time
available for activities such as lesson preparation, correction, in-service training and staff
meetings. A large proportion of working time spent teaching may indicate that less time is
devoted to tasks such as student assessment and lesson preparation.

How teachers’ hours of work are regulated varies considerably from country to country. While some countries formally regulate contact time only, others also set total working hours. In some countries, time is allocated for teaching and non-teaching activities within the formally established working time.
