If the barge is not delivered by midnight local time on the Delivery Date or the ultimate date of the Delivery Window as extended from time to time, the Charterers shall be entitled to a compensation which is limited to the excess in charter hire payable on the accommodation barge which this barge will be replacing, compared to the Charter Hire under this Charter Party (the "Daily Liquidated Damages"). In any event, owner's aggregate liability for late delivery of the barge under this Charter Party, shall be limited to the aggregate amount of the Daily Liquidated Damages for Hundred Fifty (150) days.

Interessante a terminologia:

Em 1981 o navio foi vendido novamente, à Sappho Shipping & Trading Corporation S. A. Panamá (Bilinder Marine Corporation, do Pireu - armador John S. Latsis), passando a chamar-se MARIANNA IX e em 30-06-1982 chegou a Jeddah para servir de navio-alojamento. A 30-12-1982 foi transferido para Rabegh, continuando como navio-acomodação.

Porém, não consegui entender ainda muito bem a diferença entre o alojamento e a acomodação... será que se utiliza mais o termo "acomodação" para transportes e o termo "alojamento" para edifícios? É esta a pergunta e... conclusão que retiro.
