Es geht um einen Aktionärsbindungsvertrag (Schweiz) und hier speziell um die Organe des Verwaltungsrats. Mein Satz lautet wie folgt:

"Les Parties s'engagent à voter l'ensemble de leurs ***Actions *** de telle sorte que le conseil d'administration de la Société soit composé de membres proposés par les Parties comme suit:"

Was genau wählen die Parteien gemeinsam? Was ist mit "Actions" gemeint? Anteile?
