Spanish term or phrase: en un ambiente
Source text:

La academia de Español les da la más cordial bienvenida al aprendizaje del segundo idioma, en importancia, más hablado en el mundo en un ambiente donde haremos que sea una experiencia única.

No sé, me parece que la expresión sale sobrando o no está completa?

My try:

The Spanish academy gives you a warm welcome to the learning [experience] of Spanish as a second language, which in order of importance is the most spoken language worldwide. You will live a unique experience while learning Spanish.

in an environment

Explanation:
The Spanish academy gives you a warm welcome to learning the second-most important language spoken worldwide, in an environment where we will make this a unique experience.

However, the last part of the sentence sounds a bit odd. If ok to change it up a little, perhaps: ... in an environment that will make this a unique experience [for you].

An option. Something along these lines...

Having said that, I probably wouldn't use my own effort and would probably try to express the notion more succinctly (the original sentence in Spanish seems rather bloated)...

in a congenial atmosphere

Explanation:
In my view the "congenial" aspect, is implied in the original.

I.e., congenial atmosphere = ambiente agradable / convivial atmosphere = atmósfera cordial.

Yes, of course, they are in a setting, an environment..., but whether that space is "warm" or "cold", whether is "cool" or "boring", it will depend on the guys creating the "atmosphere"... inducive to learning Spanish... or dancing sevillanas... :-)

Warmest greetings! ;-)
