I have a "flete dalje" with "Diagnoza e daljes: SAK 3 vazal. CABG x 3. Dislipidemi" and I wonder what vazal means.

Googling gave me another context: hemoragji e jashtme kur gjaku del nga shtrati vazal dhe komunikon me ambienting e jashtëm. Which makes me believe that vazal is not necessarily a word only for cardiologists.
