ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, wie compensation / compenser hier zu übersetzen sind. Danke im Voraus!

Règles de compensation

Pour qu’un actif et un passif financier puissent être présentés sur une base nette au bilan selon la norme IAS 32 il faut qu’il y ait : a) existence d’un droit juridiquement exécutoire de *compenser* et b) l’intention soit de régler le montant net, soit de réaliser l’actif et de régler le passif simultanément.

Par ailleurs IFRS 7, Instruments financiers : informations à fournir, requiert que le détail des *compensations* effectuées au titre d’IAS 32 ainsi que les transactions pour lesquelles seul le critère a) existe c’est-à-dire les *compensations* potentielles telles que celles prévues dans les accords de close out netting (compensation des positions uniquement en cas de défaut tel que prévu dans le standard ISDA) soit présenté dans un tableau dans les notes aux états financiers.
