French term or phrase: donner une partie du risque assuré en location
Es geht um die Leistungen eines großen Versicherungsunternehmens. Die Datei ist im Excel-Format und ich habe lauter einzelne, unzusammenhängende Sätze. Die beiden, mir etwas unklaren Sätze lauten wie folgt:

"Le preneur d'assurance déclare ***donner une partie du risque assuré en location.*** Il ne renonce pas à recours contre les locataires."

Der eingesternte Teil ist mir nicht klar. Überträgt der Versicherungsnehmer einen Teil des Risikos auf die Mieter?
