Es geht um die Teilnahme von Beamten des ersuchenden Staates an den von ihnen ersuchten Maßnahmen (hier: Vernehmung der beschuldigten Person durch frz. Beamte).
Diesbezüglich weist der frz. STA seine von ihm beauftragten Beamten wie folgt an:

"Il conviendra d'informer tout fonctionnaire étranger dont la demande solliciterait le ***transport*** qu'il pourra assister de manière rigoureusement passive aux actes à accomplir."

Die Beamten des ersuchenden Staates dürfen also streng passiv teilnehmen - aber was beantragen sie mit ***transport***?
