ha adottato il nome di Explanation: É uma construção comum para quando a esposa passa a usar o nome do marido, mas neste caso também me parece uma boa opção. "Passa a chiamarsi", ainda que compreensível, não é o que usaria neste caso. Buon lavoro! |

a Tizio è concesso/attribuito il cambiamento del nome/cognome in Caio Explanation: Dalle ricerche online, mi sembra che nei documenti italiani le formule comuni siano "chiedere/concedere il cambiamento del nome/cognome". Se il cambiamento nel tuo caso è dovuto a una richiesta della famiglia (anche se ovviamente non dei nonni già morti), userei "è concesso", altrimenti "è attribuito".
