(Por ejemplo se comprueba que el individuo no esté en la lista de excluidos ESPL... y supongo que los otros organismos hacen algo parecido.)

Si se trata de comprobaciones, muchas veces solicitan como prueba de domicilio, nombre completo, etc. la presentación de un cheque emitido por el Gobierno. No logro entender bien de qué se trata el listado. Espero te ayude.
