Office of Inspector General's (OIG) mission is to protect the integrity of Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) programs as well as the health and welfare of program beneficiaries. O.F.A.C. stands for the Office of Foreign Assets Control and is a part of the U. S. Department of the Treasury. The Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) is a single comprehensive list of individuals and firms excluded by federal government agencies from receiving federal contracts or federally approved subcontracts, and from certain types of federal financial and non-financial assistance benefits. The Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) is maintained to keep agencies current on administrative and statutory exclusions taken throughout the federal government. - See more at: http://www.orangetreescreening.com/services/criminal-backgro... |

Reference: http://www.chicagoelections.com/dm/general/document_456.pdf |
