As a note of interest (though I by no means claim to be an authority), in the electricity sector “velkoodběratel” was always “industrial customer”, as opposed to residential and commercial customers (maloodběratelé), but this distinction appears to have been lost in the past decade or so (or, rather, perhaps further categories have been introduced necessitating the use of “průmyslový“).
