English term or phrase: full full stainless steel case Dubbio atroce, aiutato dalla miriade di traduzioni on-line che come al solito si contraddicono e troppo spesso automatiche :(( Pensavo di dire semplicemente: cassa tutta/completamente in acciaio inossidabile... poi mi imbatto in "acciaio pieno", che non so se esista davvero o sia una solita traduzione automatica. Credo abbia più senso dire che la cassa dell'orologio è completamente in acciaio inossidabile... con FULL riferito alla cassa e non all'acciaio... ma non so se ho ragione. Note to reference poster Asker: Grazie, il difficile è dato dal fatto che questi testi sono tradotti in inglese dall'olandese spesso, e lascio a te immaginare cosa ne esca ogni tanto, e mi strappo i capelli.. :) Asker: Grazie , andrò a leggermelo. :) Servirà per i pasticci futuri. :)) Asker: Ho optato per quanto già pensavo, dato che io miei testi inglesi sono piuttosto sballatelli, credo abbiano semplicemente inteso dire "completely", da diverso tempo traduco questi orologi e non ho mai trovato prima una stranezza del genere, sempre normalissimo acciaio inox, ergo testo sorgente molto giulivo. Ma grazie infinite per il tuo aiuto e la pazienza nel cercare e rispondere. :)
