There is precious little context here. A few equations would unmistakably lead to the answer. We have the question (kąt rozwarcia) and then the context (w stereometrii: rodzaj kąta, który występuje między odcinkami a płaszczyznami) which do not go well with one another. Angles exist between lines. For planes, one must know the normal vector to the plane and use it to calculate the angles.
Similarly, a previous question spoke about lines being perpendicular or parallel (a TWO-line concept) but the question regarded równania kierunkowego (a ONE-line concept).

Here, the angle of opening is the literal translation, but I do not believe it is in common circulation. BTW, some people call the apex angle of a cone an included angle.

tym bardziej jestem przekonany, że odpowiedź powinna brzmieć "angle" (between line and plane), zaś "kąt rozwarcia" to nie jest prawidłowy termin dla kąta występującego między prostą (lub jej odcinkami) a płaszczyzną. "Included angle" wg. mnie nie jest błędną odpowiedzią, ale napotykam na to sformułowanie tylko w związku z trygonometrią i równaniem trójkątów. Ja bym poszedł w wersję opisową, szczególnie że jest powszechnie spotykana na "branżowych" stronach (nie znoszę odwoływać się do statystyk guglowania, ale nie mam na czym się oprzeć).

the asker mentioned stereometry, so I'm referring to theory. Also, I took my math classes in Polish, so - as I half-jokingly referred to as the "bell ringing in a distant church" (which is a direct translation of a Polish idiom), it is an educated guess at best.

Cone apex angle certainly - but aren't we talking about a lens here? Geometry is essentially the same but there's specific terminology.

...ale coś mi dzwoni że to chyba nadużycie terminu. Czy to nie jest tak, że "kąt rozwarcia" odnosi się do stożka i stanowi kąt szczytu rzutu płaskiego stożka (cone apex angle)? Jeżeli dotyczy to odcinków i płaszczyzn, to chyba wystarczy po prostu "angle"... ale to tylko "bell ringing in a distant church".
