Explanation:
Encontrei o termo lapela, se bem que no caso não bate com a definição de dicionário, portanto seria um uso impróprio. Mas é empregado, pelo menos no que diz respeito a vestuário, para se referir àquela tira de pano que cobre o zíper ou os botões nas jaquetas, macacões, etc. Talvez "carcela", como diz expressis verbis, seja uma definição mais apropriada e condizente com o dicionário, mas não parece de uso muito comum.
