It's more likely that EM means Eigenmittle-Meldebogen, a reporting form required by BaFin as per the Capital Requirements Regulation. Eigenmittel Explanation: Hi Marc, Your text is about which institutions must be considered in the balance sheet, P&L, Equity Capital and Risk Management. To me it does simply make no sense if the bank is considered in the "Meldebogen". |
