Es geht um die Bedingungen für ein Gewinnspiel und hier speziell um die eventuelle Rückerstattung von Anschlusskosten. Der Satz lautet:

"Le remboursement de la connexion Internet est calculé sur la base de trois minutes de communication ***au tarif local heure pleine*** de France Télécom en vigueur"

Beim eingesternten Teil fällt mir die richtige Formulierung nicht ein. Es wird der geltende Ortstarif von France Télécom verwendet. So weit klar. Aber "heure pleine"? Wird da irgendetwas auf die volle Stunde aufgerundet?
