Zusammenwirken von handelsrechtlicher Fortführungsannahme und insolvenzrechtlich

English translation: interaction of the going-concern assumption (and see below)

German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general)

Hilfe wäre also nett bis morgen Mittag!

English translation:interaction of the going-concern assumption (and see below)
Explanation:
interaction of the going-concern assumption for financial reporting purposes (ALT: under commercial law) and the going-concern forecast for insolvency purposes.

They are close but not identical and the terms seem to be founded under different concepts in the two sets of law. (See also Fortbestehenssprognose versus Fortführungprognose in the reference below).

Not quite happy with "going-concern forecast" but since the two terms need to be differentiated.... maybe "turnaround forecast" would be better.

I admit, I would need to do more research. So only a medium confidence level.

Explanation:
"Against the background of the current discussion about the going-concern forecast, the Institut Deutscher Wirtschaftsprüfer (Institute of Public Auditors in Germany – IDW) published a position paper on the interlinking of the going-concern forecast under commercial law with the continued existence forecast under insolvency law".

Zusammenwirken von handelsrechtlicher Fortführungsannahme/insolvenzrechtlicher Fortbestehensprognose
Interaction of a going-concern assumption in commercial law & survival forecast in insolvency law

Explanation:
The first web ref. is the English 'translation' of the German, 2nd ref. clearly as a Manuel Neuer-type goalkeeper dodge.

I stand corrected, but I disbelieve there is an English standard - except for my suggestion if blessed by Robin B. and Ted W., assumed to be off holiday.

NB I disagree that both 'perpetuation of business' terms are synonyms at the insolvency adjudication stage:

in the US - for corporate bankruptcy filings in the US Fed. State of Delaware a delinquent judgment debtor is allowed to continue in charge - and in the UK (NB women solicitors with a distinction in company and commercial law) a Receiver-cum-Special Manager can be appointed to continue the trade of the company. Neither is a going-concern parameter - because the concern has already *gone*.

The engagement / interaction of continuously existing German commercial law and prognosis of long t

Explanation:
handelsrechtlicher Fortführungsannahme

Fortführung is a continuation of existing something, Annahme is acceptance , agreement
so the accepted continuation of commercial law, accepting the continuation of commercial law

insolvenzrechtlicher Fortbestehensprognose
https://glosbe.com/de/en/Fortbestehen

Fortbestehensprognose (oh, I love the long German tongue-twisting words :) is a prognosis of long term existence of insolvency law

Here is the information ( I ama bit upset because this is the deed of the asker to provide it: )

Moreover, it shows the extent to which the German insolvency law may affect the acceptance of the commercial law

The engagement / interaction of continuously existing (accepted/or, after the word "German", in use/in practice) German commercial law
and
prognosis of long term existence of insolvency law

please do not throw stones...

Examining the interplay between..

Explanation:
..the commercial law concept of continuity assumption and the insolvency law concept of business continuation forecast.

I think 'interplay' works best as a translation of 'Zusammenwirken'
(For everything else, there are various options).
