Szkoda, że nie ma dokładniejszego opisu zespolenia, bo jest ich kilka rodzajów. Brakuje też konkretnego opisu złamania, bo w podudziu są dwie kości, złamanie może też być, proste, wieloodlamkowe, z przemieszczeniem... Moim zdaniem tłumaczenie bedzie brzmiało jak następuje:

"Patientin nach einer Unterschenkelfraktur, die mittels einer Osteosynthese versorgt wurde."
