Assim como mesosome é traduzido como mesossoma, me parece mais lógico traduzir transportasome como transportassoma

A terminação da palavra é exatamente a mesma.

Só vi uma referência a "transportasome" em português e, para mim, foi uma tradução errada, já que o sufixo "some" não existe em português.
