Proponuje skonsultować się z klientem. Mamy tu za duży bałagan - appoints Mr [] and Mr [] appointees under Power, (each an “Attorney”), as their true and lawful attorneys

Poza tym, wybaczcie Panowie, ale pełnomocników się ustanawia, nie mianuje.

@ Robert - czy w kontekście wyjaśniono różnicę między appointee (under Power) i attorney. Poza tym, mamy "each an Attorney", a dalej as their true and lawful attorneys. Albo tu jest jakiś błąd, albo ja czegoś nie rozumiem. Jeszcze jedno - under Power, czy to jest to samo Power of Attorney, o którym mowa w tytule, czy inne Power (of ...)?

W polskich pełnomocnictwach formułka mogłaby być taka:

...niniejszym ustanawia Pana X i Pana Y, (...) swoimi pełnomocnikami (każdy z osobna zwany pełnomocnikiem) do czynności określonych w paragrafie 2 poniżej]

[...hereby appoints Mr [] and Mr [] (...) (each an “Attorney”), as their true and lawful attorneys for any and all of the purposes set out in paragraph 2 below]

[(jako) osoby upoważnione na mocy pełnomocnictwa???]

Nie jestem na kacu ;-)

Ja z własnego doświadczenia znam Power of Proxy (również Power of Attorney) = pełnomocnictwo.

Ponadto pełnomocnik, któremu udzielono pełnomocnictwa w postaci elektronicznej przed wpisem na listę obecności...
