It could be that the "levantamiento" may imply putting into place budgetary obligations (?). determine and put in writing / determine and make a record/report of Explanation: The way I see it, "levantamiento" here refers to the act of determining or figuring out the functional requirements and the technical specifications and "documentación" refers to the act of putting those details in writing (e.g. in a report). While "levantamiento" does not sound plainly wrong to me, I think that in this sense, "relevamiento" would have been a better choice, so maybe that is the word they actually meant to use. |
