declarations and allegations in support Explanation: From the verb of allegarsi, allegazione as a pleading-type 'averment' or 'point of claim', rather than allegato as an exhibit or attachment. If this is an application for 'condono edilizia', then unlikely - in an amnesty for breach of planning regulations context - to be representations and warranties vs. unsowrn, statutory declarations or depositions if sworn on oath > see the example sentence > and allegations of land tenure etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2016-06-28 11:38:35 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 'It is not an application for amnesty. The document is a special power of attorney.' The statute quoted suggests otherwise but, if that is right and this is not 'preliminary eqnuiries' or 'requisitions on title' raised by the buyer's lawyer including notary, I would revert after all to 'representations and warranties'. Example sentence(s):

statements and assertions/claims Explanation: http://www.linguee.it/italiano-inglese/search?source=auto&qu... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2016-06-28 12:46:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- or representations and warranties is even better - agree with Adrian MM. Maybe instead of producing certain documents such as licenses, certificates etc., one may just make representations and warranties (Reps and warranties is a term used to describe the assertions that a buyer and/or seller makes in a purchase and sale agreement. Both parties are relying on each other to provide a true account of all information and supporting documents to close the transaction) |

assertions of fact and statements of claim Explanation: The power of attorney in question basically invests the attorney with the right/duty "to accept service and take cognisance of any and all **assertions of fact and statements of claim** rendered pursuant to or for the intents and purposes of Law ....... as further amended and Italian Presidential Decree ...." The cited laws (the first dealing with provisions regarding town planning and the second being the Consolidation Law on Real Estate matters) require several parties to render official statements and declarations under certain circumstances. Power to render, receive and accept due service of these statements generally vests in the landlord or owner of the property, who may appoint an official representative to take on this responsibility. The same laws also provide for statements of claim to be filed in the event of non-compliance with town planning regulations or amnesty terms. |
