Dear all,

Context: Corporate governance/compliance with the legislative (and perhaps regulatory? Haven't read that much of the text yet) framework in the medical industry. Setting: University Hospital (this is how they refer to their operations in English, original term: Universitätsklinik).

Does this make sense?

Source: Wie in jedem anderen Unternehmen auch müssen die ***Klinikleiter*** sich selbst legal verhalten und dafür sorgen, dass alle Mitarbeiter sich ebenfalls legal verhalten.

Für die Universitätsklinik wurden 3.1111 Rechtspflichten ermittelt.
Der Vorstand ist nicht in der Lage über 3.111 Pflichten der Klinik höchstpersönlich zu erfüllen.

Target: As at every other company, the ***members of the Executive Board*** also need to conduct themselves in a legal manner and ensure that all the employees likewise conduct themselves in a legal manner.

Hi,
'members of the executive board' is too specific, IMO. This is more of a general reference to those running the hospital's operations, and you've already seen that the preferred translation for 'Klinik' here is 'hospital'.

Certainly in the UK, the term 'hospital manager' sounds perfectly idiomatic.
