Hi everyone,

I hope you can help.

This is from a customer satisfaction survey for a gas supplier.

The question asked was:

"Finally, do you have any additional comments to make regarding your experience with {gas supplier}?

The entire answer is:

"Deixa muito a desejar, não dão a mínima para os clientes, nem fazem por onde, simplesmente ignoram. Estou com uma instalação provisória, que pelo tempo já deixou de ser, e nada acontece.
Sem informações, sem apoio técnico e por ai vai."


This is from Brazil to be translated into UK English.

My thoughts were that it meant they were given a temporary installation but "over time, it ceased to be temporary" because they just left it there but maybe I'm way off!
