Marketing - Marketing / Market Research / Customer satisfaction survey for gas supplier
Hi,

I would really appreciate your help with this phrase.

It comes from a customer satisfaction survey about a gas supplier.

The question asked was:

"What is the main area where {gas supplier} needs to improve to make you more likely to recommend {gas supplier}?"

The answer in full is:

This is from Brazil and needs to be translated into UK English.

I was wondering whether it meant something like "each person says something different"?

Many thanks for your help :)
