Now, I understand that "de adverso" refers to the opposing party. "Los citados" I guess refers to the points of the complaint (made by the opposing party) and "a sensu contrario" is a Latin expression that in English is used a "a contrario sensu" and means "on the contrary". So, now I have to put it all together, and this is what I've produced:

The opposing party’s aforementioned points a contrario sensu.

Is this correct?

I think the adverso could be better rendered as the other side and the supposition of a defenc/se submission borne out.

In BrE and, I believe, AmE + CanE, points a sensu cntrario, to wit: going the other way are called denials.

Normally, the defnc/se answers the points and particulars of claim in the same order, as if set out 'seriatim'.
