Nach einem kurzen Turnus hin zu billigen, zyklischen Aktien, der zu Beginn des Jahres Substanzwerte begünstigte, besannen sich die Anleger im Mai wieder auf die ***Kernbereiche*** in diesem Marktzyklus: Aktien höherer Qualität, auch wenn diese teurer ist, mit anerkannten Wachstumsaussichten und positivem Momentum.

Aber das gefällt mir nicht ... ich verstehe es aus dem Kontext heraus im Sinne von "Favoriten dieses Marktzyklus" (an anderer Stelle ist die Rede davon, dass die Anleger zu stark hinter Qualitätstiteln (die inzwischen teuer sind) her sind.
