work-out Explanation: If it were a car, I'd say "running in" although a lot of people won't remember that you had to do this to a new engine! Or "proper going over". It's the right kind of experience. |

rehearsal Explanation: Of course 'rehearsal' isn't the translation of 'rodaje' but I think it could fit. Smith told BBC Radio 5 live: "The focus isn't at all on medals, it's about preparing in the right way for the Olympic Games in the summer.
