Explanation:
Ich kenne "zesty/with zest" in Rezepten als Angabe für Zitrusfrüchte mit etwas (geriebener) Schale, könnte das hier passen? Ansonsten könnte "zesty" auch für würzig/pikant stehen, aber das ist bei Obst vielleicht eher unpassend...
