es geht um die Untervergabe von Logistikdienstleistungen (Be- und Entladen von Schienenfahrzeugen und LKWs). Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie "coupon de train" zu übersetzen ist. Danke im Voraus!

XY souhaite utiliser une Installation Terminal Embranchée (ITE) et *confier à un professionnel la gestion des entrées/sorties de conteneurs par train, la manutention de wagons/camions et camions/wagons et la mise à disposition de coupons de trains ou des trains complets sur l’ITE en vue de leur enlèvement par A ou par tout autre opérateur privé*.

Il est précisé que l’activité ne présente pas de caractère saisonnier, le nombre de coupons trains (24 slots) étant fixé à 1 par semaine de manière lissée durant la 1ère période de 3 mois. B s'engage à disposer en permanence de moyens matériels et humains suffisants afin d'assurer à tout moment (dans les limites du calendrier, des plages horaires et des préavis respectés) la manutention et le traitement des coupons de trains.
