Contexte: "They stay away from heavy, starchy foods because they are hard to tolerate."

Question : que signifie "heavy, starch foods" ? Un terme générique pour "aliments indigestes", ou un terme plus précis(notamment "à cause" de la virgule), signifiant quelque chose comme" féculent lourds (??)"
