"Le tribunal prend acte de la signature entre les parties du constat d'audience signé [date]"

The parties just reached an agreement that one of the parties will fulfil some specific disclosure obligation on a given date. The judge investigating the case has put the agreement down in writing for the lawyers of the parties to sign as a commitment. That's what is referred to as "constat d'audience". Could someone help with a US legal term for this?
