Part of a "convention de délégtion" for insurance policies:


Aux termes de la Convention, le Délégant délègue irrévocablement, en application des articles 217 et suivants du Dahir, le Délégué à l’Emprunteur pour le paiement des Obligations des Polices d’Assurance (la Première Délégation), cette Première Délégation étant faite ***dans la double limite*** :

des montants dus par le Délégant et exigibles de celui-ci envers l’Emprunteur (à l’exclusion par conséquent de montants dus directement par le Délégant à des tiers en vertu de la couverture de responsabilité civile) après la Date de Réalisation en application et selon les termes et conditions des Polices d’Assurance ; et

des montants dus par le Délégué au Délégant et exigibles du Délégué en application et selon les termes et conditions de la Police de Réassurance.
L’Emprunteur convient et reconnaît expressément que le Délégué n’est pas tenu envers l’Emprunteur au-delà de ce à quoi il est tenu envers le Délégant en application de la Police de Réassurance.

Or, "subject to the following two conditions being satisfied".

In each of the two conditions, the original does not seem specific in saying that the amounts due must be paid/transferred/forwarded to the appropriate party. I think that could be more clear in the translation.

I will not say how I figured it out, because a certain talented fellow translator will come along and insult me if I say how :)
