"Aos XXX, neste oficio, nesta cidade, no cartório de RCPN de X, compareceu x com o documento RG."

Könnte "neste oficio, nesta cidade" hier im Deutschen weggelassen werden? Ich finde, das ist doppelt gemoppelt, denn das Amt und die Stadt werden ja auch beim Namen genannt.
