annual financial statement figures
Explanation:
Jahresabschlusszahlen - but without more context I would be tempted to impute the real meaning as "key performance indicators (KPI) as per the annual financial statements.

You can also play with the term a bit as in "figures as published/as per the financial statements",

After a second look and seeing this relates to management, and presumably some kind of target attainment for management evaluation, then "financial statement target figures" could also fit here. More context needed.

If by "meaningful abbreviation" you may one that doesn't need an explanation, "fin stmt" would work. Or you could use "FS" and let the reader figure it out if space is that tight.

Notes to answerer
Asker: That makes certainly sense. Any idea how to turn JA it into a meaningful English abbreviation when I only have room for max. 6 characters? This has to fit into the little box of a table.

agree  Edgar Bettridge: JA. But would be a bit more tentative than 5, given the lack of context...

agree  RobinB: In all my 26+ years of financial translating, I've never seen "JA-Zahlen" mean anything other than "Jahresabschlusszahlen". Realistically, it could mean annual KPIs, but if there's no further context, the headline answer is absolutely correct.
