neutral  Joseph Tein: I wouldn't use "lithiasis" ... I've never found this term used in this context. "Stones" or "calculi" is a better translation.//And we should have had "bladder" floor.// (And yes, "vesical" is NOT wrong.)

'Formation' suggests that the could suggest that the calculi are arising from the bladder floor. These are urinary calculi that have settled to the bladder floor due to gravity.

I've seen ultrasound images of calculi in my dog's bladder where they have formed in the urine and settled on the floor.
