J'aurais plutôt écrit: "prices needed to come down for some high end homes in order to clear the market". Voilà comment je traduirais la dernière phrase: "Toutefois, les prix records observés récemment ont engendré une déconnexion entre les prétentions de certains vendeurs et les valeurs de marché réelles.
