Denken wir einmal an uns selbst, wenn wir z.B. Schuhe einkaufen gehen. Wir betreten ein Geschäft, es gefällt uns von außen sehr gut, im Schaufenster waren ansprechende Schuhe dekoriert. Wir möchten das Warenangebot prüfen und schauen uns um. Erst nachdem wir das Gefühl haben „In diesem Laden könnte ich etwas finden.“ Oder uns gefallen schon ein Paar Schuhe, sind wir bereit, uns ansprechen und beraten zu lassen. Warum nicht vorher?

Ist es nicht so, dass es unangenehm ist, wenn uns der Schuhberater womöglich alles zeigt und uns jedoch von dem ganzen Angebot eventuell nichts gefällt? Wir mögen nicht „Nein“ oder lächelnd „Vielen Dank für Ihre Bemühungen“ sagen, um zu spüren, dass der Schuhberater vielleicht doch „sauer“ ist. ** Dem Ganzen ** gehen wir als Kunden aus dem Wege durch unsere abweisende Haltung.
