Dicho indicador está compuesto por dos variables: Jovenes que identifican al menos 2 medidas de prevención y jovenes que practican al menos 2 medidas de prevención. En base a eso, se procedió a operacionalizar las variables de forma individual, lo que a continuación se detalla:

Al operacionalizar la variable para obtener la medición del Indicador: Porcentaje de jovenes que identifican al menos 2 formas de prevención de ITS, VIH/SIDA, se obtiene que el 7.1% no mencionan ninguna forma de prevención; 22.1% conocen solo 1 forma de prevención; 32.6% identifican 2 formas de prevención; 20.8% 3 formas y el 17.4% menciona 4 formas de prevención.

El indicador plantea el reconocimiento de aquellos jovenes que identifican al menos 2 formas de prevención que basado en los resultados obtenidos correspondería al 70.8% del total (32.6% menciona 2 formas de prevención + 20.8% que identifican 3 formas de prevención + 17.4% que mencionan 4 formas de prevención.

Considerando el contexto, a mi parecer que lo que quisieron expresar es "reconoce/identifica"
