Attach side rails to PMM Box.

Explanation:
Мог бы предположить, что так обозвали акриловый блок вместо PMMA, но это сомнительно - там везде вроде бы "рама-карбон".
Это какая-то деталь крепления соединительного адаптера или деталь самой деки стола КТ.
Самое нейтральное решение оставить как "блок PMM", а лучше уточнить по рисунку в инструкции по сборке принадлежность этой детали (к столу или к накладке).

Diagnostic CT-scanners are usually equipped with only a
