Hola a todos:
Estoy traduciendo el manual de empleados de una cadena de restaurantes. En esta sección diferencia los distintos sectores:
Back of House – (Cook, Dish, Concession and Porter)
Front of House – (Bar, Barback, Bus, Host, Retail, Runner, Security, and Server)

Para front of house estoy usando personal de atención al cliente. Vi una opción en el foro que decía personal de limpieza y cocina para back of house, pero en este caso tengo más opciones de empleados.
Alguna sugerencia? podría ser personal de servicio y administración? No sé qué es concessión tampoco.

Sigo opinando que es la traducción adecuada. Los cuatro empleos mencionados entre paréntesis son todos de cocina:

1. "Cook" es evidentemente cocinero, chef.
2. "Dish" es dishwasher: lavaplatos.
3. "Concession" es concession cook, que se encarga de preparar los platos para los "concession stands", o sea, snack bars:

"A concession stand (American English), snack kiosk or snack bar (British English, Irish English) is a place where patrons can purchase snacks or food at a cinema, amusement park, fair, stadium, or other entertainment venue."

"Back of house" puede incluir también las zonas de descanso del personal (si hay) y a veces una oficina; pero cuando hablamos de back of house staff nos referimos a personal de cocina.

Explanation:
Hola Belen:
Se me ocurre el término "trastienda". Aunque en este caso no se trate de una tienda, da la idea de servicios que ocurren sin que los vea el cliente directamente.

En cuanto a "personal de atención al cliente", tengo mis dudas. "Atención al cliente" se suele utilizar para servicios que ayudan a los clientes en caso de problemas, reclamaciones, devoluciones, ... en este caso se refiere más a personal que está en contacto con los clientes.
A lo mejor puedes decir "personal en contacto con los clientes" para Fronthouse y "personal sin contacto (directo) con los clientes" para Backhouse. Pero esta última me resulta un poco larga...

En fin, son algunas opciones.

Una opción. Otra que se me ocurre para este contexto es "zona de servicios", aunque creo que área se aplica mejor. Espero que te sirva.

Por supuesto, en este caso, como se refiere al personal de ese área, debería ser algo así como, personal del área de servicios o, como vos dijiste, personal de servicios.
