Buongiorno,
sto traducendo una specie di "decalogo" del mountainbiker che rispetta l'ambiente e non so come tradurre il verbo in oggetto:

Spitzkehren fahren. Die Königsdisziplin für Mountainbiker. Nicht alle kennen zehn unterschiedliche Varianten, Spitzkehren so smooth wie Tom Öhler zu fahren. Im Gegenteil! Bei vielen endet der Balanceakt im Sturz oder im Schwindeln, zum Beispiel indem die Kehren eng "geschnitten" werden. Was dabei rauskommt? Nichts als abgetragener Humus und eine nicht erwünschte Wasserrinne, die zwar die Kurve wasserfrei hält, dafür den darunter verlaufenden Trail ***ausschwänzt***.
