Fund for Social Insurance of Military Beneficiaries, Military Pension Fund Explanation: European Court of Human Rights - On 11 November 2004 the applicant filed a request for the re establishment of his pension with the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Beneficiaries (Fond za socijalno osiguranje vojnih osiguranika, “the Serbian Fund” or “the Fund”).
