Aufgrund der Definition LS dachte ich hier einfach "Besprechung unter vier Augen".

"Team Managers will meet with you regularly for 1-1 meetings, performance reviews, as well as perform Huddle meetings."

"Huddle meetings take place following a set agenda to provide the team opportunities to share weeks performance as well as being updated in the business."

Aber diesen beiden Sätzen zufolge passt das auch nicht.

As far as a huddle meeting is concerned, caution might be advised, as there are all sorts of phrases appearing that make an uncomfortable thing appear nicer than it is.
