Portuguese term or phrase: Carta de Sentença
Good evening! What would be an accurate translation for "Carta de Sentença" into English in the follwoing context?

"Consta outra averbação feita em (data) em virtude de carta de sentença do Juizo de Direito declarando o divorcio do casal^, por sentença do Juiz Dr XXXXXXX datada em xxxxx"

I was thinking about using "as per OR due to decree issued by" but I am not quite sure if that would be a good choice. Anyway, your suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks! :)

Final Decree of Divorce

Explanation:
"Final Decree of Divorce" or "Final Judgement and Decree of Divorce", search on Google, most US States use this terminology as the name of the document when the judgment of a divorce becomes final. :)

In Portuguese, you can also have "Termo de Conclusão/ Sentença", I believe it's the same thing as "Carta de Sentença". If not, please someone let me know the difference.

In this link [https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/divorce-decree-vs-divorce...], you can see the difference between a Divorce Certificate and a Decree, in Brazil, the certificate comes as an Annotation in the Marriage Certificate, and the Decree is a white page that contains information about the case.
