from the list this is part of, can you have any idea what are there "vehicles" intended for, who owns these vehicles (the Client of the Security company?) what are they used for, and what the Security company is supposed to do with them? use them? protect them from hijacking?
If you can take out the name of the company and give the list (and the title of the whole list) where "prijem vozila" appears, that might make the intended meaning clearer.

"prijem vozila" is SOME KIND of "checking the vehicles" / "including the vehicles in the fleet" but without more context it is too vague to suggest a reasonably acceptable translation.

is "Potrebno je da dogovorom utvrdimo procedure prijema vozila i sitnog inventara" something to be done in case something gets stolen or is it done before, when the contract is signed?
