Press release, media release Explanation: I am not sure but I can be right as the information released for media, press, etc. A press release, news release, media release, press statement or video release is a written or recorded communication directed at members of the news media for the purpose of announcing something ostensibly newsworthy. It would be also good to use "news release"or media release. According to political science book any information which drastically effect life of the country, media is one of the way of releasing most important information, so when you say release to media it sounds more right as you avaoid tautology. |

Опыт подсказывает, что соответствия труднопереводимым словам в исходном языке часто можно найти среди труднопереводимых слов в языке перевода. 3. Наконец, подсказка – в самом вопросе: слово «тезис». Оно вытянет все предложение и сделает термин «информационное обеспечение» контекстуально избыточным. Итого получаем такие варианты: The message /narrative to (credibly) support such a course of actions / scenario could be this: “...” OR To support such a course of actions / scenario the following message /narrative could be used: “...” PS. The source text, the way it is quoted by the Asker, is VERY confusing and misleading, to say the least: - WHAT/WHICH country has the nukes? - WHAT actions need информационное обеспечение? - On WHOSE part?
