I've seen that somebody has already asked about this term on ProZ and has chosen "Front Line" in German as well.
The thing is that my client asked me expressely to translate business terms whenever possible.
So far, I have used "vorderste Front" in my draft but I am not entirely happy with it.
Does anyone know a better translation? Or can anyone confirm that "Front Line" is really used in German as well?

Asker: Vielen Dank für die Antwort. An den Stellen, wo dies möglich war, habe ich letztendlich Umschreibungen mit "direktem Kundenkontakt" gewählt. Und dort, wo ich wirklich ein Schlagwort brauchte, habe ich mich für "Kundenfront" entschieden. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für die Hilfe!
