Tener por 1. Considéré, pris pour (Attention : il s'agit plutôt de la traduction littérale. Dans ce cas-ci, on peut employer "faire l'objet" pour exprimer la cause de la "Providencia de fecha de 2 abril de 2008" (dans le sens, donner lieu à)... "Por" (pour en français) exprime bien cela ! |
