Adjuvant Explanation: Le champ d’application d’un cutter est extrêmement vaste: il intervient dans la fabrication de saucisse et saucisson. La viande est introduite dans le cutter avec divers adjuvants (épices, conservateurs etc.) pour fabriquer la farce qui sera ensuite introduite dans les boyaux.
